Carpigiani Gelato University (CGU) can be considered a cultural project which aims to sustain the development of gelato shops everywhere, by educating the public to the pleasure and flavour of genuine Italian gelato.

CGU goal is to assist all those entrepreneurs throughout the world who want to open a gelato shop, as well as those who are already working in the sector but seek to strive towards gelato excellence. Indeed, CGU main goals are developing the art and science of gelato production, the comprehensive training of gelato entrepreneurs and the promotion of Italian gelato as a natural and flavourful food suitable for all cultures.

Carpigiani Gelato University desires as many people as possible to participate in its program.
