The Carpigiani twin-twist soft serve machine with 3 variegations for gelato, sorbets and frozen yoghurt. The machine features a pump feed system that allows incorporating up to 80% of overrun, for a creamier gelato. Both hoppers have a production capacity of 18 L. The machine has a pressurized system that allows the dispensing of fruit-flavoured or cream-flavoured syrups. Different consistencies can be set according to the mix used. The machine is air-cooled (water cooling optionally available).
