2015 Royal Queensland Food & Wine Show – Judging

The Ice Cream, Gelato & Sorbet Competition, in its fourth year held in conjunction with the Cheese & Dairy Produce Competition, will see a variety of ice creams, gelatos and sorbets judged on their flavour, aroma, body, texture and presentation. Gelato Artisans are invited to enter their products by Friday, 20th of March 2015.
