The Royal Queensland Food & Wine Show aims to showcase the nations finest food and wine offerings. Entries are open and rolling in fast from Australia’s best producers for this year’s Royal Queensland Food and Wine Show (RQFWS). The RQFWS comprises of seven individual competitions showcasing the best in Cheese & Dairy, Ice-cream, Branded Lamb, Branded Beef, Wine, Beer & Cider and Sausages.

The Royal Queensalnd Food & Wine Show, Ice Cream, Gelato and Sorbet Competition started in 2011 and was the first of its kind in the nation dedicated solely to judging Australia’s best ice cream, gelato and sorbet. Previously sorbet producers didn’t have the opportunity to have their products judged at a major national competition. Majors Group has been supporting the Royal Queensland Food & Wine Show, Ice Cream, Gelato and Sorbet competition since 2012, almost since its inception.
