Registrations are now open for Foodservice Australia – the only major trade show for the food and hospitality industry – scheduled for Melbourne this year.
The show is running from 31 May to 2 June 2015 at the Royal Exhibition Building and will include a range of new features and exhibitors.
Event director, Tim Collett said, “The show is moving with the times to offer an entertaining and valuable experience for busy food and hospitality operators. This is the only event focused on the hospitality industry. That means in just a few hours they can see all their suppliers, discover new products, learn a few new tricks and take these all back to their own business.”
Coming to Melbourne for the first time is Café School. This feature was launched in Sydney last year and offers visitors from the lunch, café and convenience sectors the chance to discover profitable new ideas. Practical sessions include sandwich building, hardcore hamburgers, juicing tips, coffee classes and quick-service menu design.
New exhibitors this year include the Majors Group, who will have a huge stand at the front of the show and will also be running gelato classes in the Café School.
Entry to the show is restricted to people who work in the food or hospitality industry. It is free if you register online before the event.
I Love Gelato suggest to register online using priority code FTMG.
